Full board accommodation (room, breakfast, lunch, dinner):

- Accommodation in double room (two persons): 260.00 Euro/day

- Accommodation in double room (single use): 150.00 Euro/day

- Accommodation in triple room (three persons): 375.00 Euro/day

- There is a Palermo Touristic Tax of 4 Euro/day/person.

- For those not staying in the hotel it is possible to have the main meals, lunch and dinner, at a cost of 37 euros per meal

The meeting will start on Monday 9^th September 2024 at 9.00 and will end on Saturday 14^th September 2024 at 13.00.

Participants are expected to arrive on Sunday 8^th September and leave on Saturday 14^th September.

It is also possible to stay longer with the same workshop conditions.

Our special full board agreement with the hotel does not allow to refund skipped meals.

Please, do not contact personally the Hotel for the booking and other issues concerning your accommodation during the meeting.
